PRIVACY CHOICES

Cookies, clearly explained.

Use “Privacy choices” here or in the website footer to accept, reject or change optional tracking. Before you choose, basic traffic analytics run without analytics cookies. Remembering visits and ad measurement are off until you accept them. Your choice lasts 30 days, then we ask again.

Essential storage

Sign-in and security cookies help operate your account. The first-party sendpanda_consent_v1 cookie stores your analytics and ad measurement choices and their expiry for 30 days. A copy in local storage synchronises changes between tabs; it does not contain a visitor ID. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using SendPanda.

Storage-free basic analytics

Before you make a choice, OnRamp counts page views, traffic sources and visit duration, with approximate location, browser and device details. This mode saves no analytics identifier in cookies or browser storage and sends no account identity traits or advertising click IDs. OnRamp derives a pseudonymous identifier that rotates daily; its server-side sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. These temporary identifiers do not mean event records are deleted after 30 minutes. Declining analytics stops collection.

Optional visit recognition and product analytics

When you accept product analytics, OnRamp records page views, interactions and product milestones, such as account creation and sending an email. Events can include browser and device details, referral or campaign information and account identifiers when you sign in. OnRamp uses the request IP address and browser user agent to estimate your country, region and city, then discards those raw values. We use this to understand which pages and setup steps help people.

Choosing “Remember visits” stores a random first-party browser ID in a cookie starting with onramp_visitor_v1_. It expires 30 days after creation; visits do not extend that expiry. With continued consent a new ID can be created after expiry. Withdrawal deletes the ID, discards queued events and blocks new events from reaching OnRamp. The 30-day browser ID does not set the retention period of events already received by OnRamp.

Optional ad measurement

When you accept ad measurement and Google Ads measurement is configured, Google’s tag can associate an ad click with a successful sign-up. Its first-party measurement cookies can start with _gcl_. Google controls their duration; they may last longer than our 30-day preference. We do not enable personalised advertising or send your email address to Google for enhanced conversions.

Google tags do not load before ad measurement consent. Rejecting or withdrawing disables new sign-up conversion events and removes Google’s first-party measurement cookies accessible on this site. After a tag has loaded, Google receives consent updates to apply your changed choice.

Changing your mind

Open “Privacy choices”, untick either purpose and choose “Accept selection”. Leave both boxes unticked to decline all optional tracking. Changes apply to this browser and synchronise across open SendPanda tabs. Clearing site storage also removes your saved choice. If your browser blocks storage, optional tracking remains off.
