Inbox
Receive mail at your own domain.
Point a domain at SendPanda and mail to support@, hello@ or a catch-all lands in an inbox next to everything you send. It is included on every plan, with 1 mailbox on Free.
Read it where you send.
- Receive on any domain you own, including the root
- Unread counts, All mail, Spam and Drafts
- Reply with formatting. Closing the writer saves a draft
- Every message also reaches your app by webhook, API, CLI and MCP
- Forward a mailbox to Outlook, Gmail or any address
There is no IMAP, POP3 or SMTP access, so Outlook and Apple Mail cannot connect. Forwarding covers that gap.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can I receive email, and can I use Outlook or Gmail with it?
Yes, including 1 mailbox on Free. Mail to your addresses lands in the SendPanda inbox, and every message also reaches your app by webhook, API, CLI or MCP. It is not an IMAP or POP mailbox, so Outlook cannot connect to it directly, but you can forward any mailbox to Outlook or Gmail.
What are the inbox limits?
Free includes 1 mailbox, 128 MB and 25 incoming messages a day. Starter includes 5 mailboxes, 1 GB and 150 a day; Growth 10 mailboxes, 10 GB and 700 a day; Scale 20 mailboxes, 25 GB and 1,200 a day. Additional mailboxes are $1 each per month. Storage and intake limits are shared per account.
When we're not the right fit: if you send millions of emails a month, Amazon SES directly or SendGrid Pro will serve you better. Our largest plan is 200,000 a month; for dedicated IPs or more volume, email us about Enterprise. And if you need Outlook or Apple Mail to connect straight to a mailbox, that is not ready yet: our inbox is for support-style mail with daily limits, and you can forward any mailbox to Outlook or Gmail meanwhile.
An inbox on the same plan as the email you send.
Free for 1,000 emails a month, with 1 mailbox. No card needed.
