How is it this cheap?
We run on Amazon SES and pass the savings on. You get the reliability of SES with a dashboard, editor, webhooks, suppression and an inbox for your domain on top, without an AWS account.
What counts towards my limit?
Recipients. One email to a hundred people uses a hundred. Transactional, marketing, replies you send from the inbox and mail you forward all share the same quota. Incoming mail does not use it: it has its own daily limit on your plan.
What if I hit the limit?
Sends pause until it resets. On paid plans you can opt in to extra emails at $0.50 per 1,000, capped at an amount you choose.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You drop back to the Free plan.
